On August 21, 1981 director John Landis and Special Make-Up F/X artist Rick Baker unleashed what would soon become one of the all time greatest monster movies ever, An American Werewolf in London. To commemorate the 30th anniversary of one of my favorite movies I thought it would be cool to create a homage' like painting featuring some of the memorable scenes and characters that made the movie so great. I hope you enjoy it!

Universally Monsterous
Here's something I started a while ago, that I finally got around to finishing up. I tried to cram as many classic monsters as I could into this piece.

Go then...
Created for my wife and for her love of the source material(and mine!). Word is that a trilogy of movies will soon be made. At the time of the creation of this poster there was no cast chosen yet. This poster consists of who I would like to see as some of the main characters for the films. My wife doesn't agree on my choice of Mads Mikkelsen (really great Danish actor in need of a breakout role with audiences) for Roland Deschain, but it's my dream so I'm dreaming it, Ha! The other characters are noted on the poster, enjoy!

Puss 'n Boots

This is another entry for the CHOW over on ConceptArt.org. I had a little fun with this one. I love monster movies and old movie posters so couldn't resist. :P
